RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS VISTAS

Riverview Heights Vistas offers great mountain views and yet is very close and convenient to town. Each unit is 2 bedroom, 2 bath and equipped with washer/dryer, central heat and air, and all of your kitchen appliances. Utilities are not included in rent. We ask that you get the utilities, power & water, transferred to your name. Rent is $600 monthly. We require approval through rental application, a 6-month lease and $600 security deposit. These units are unfurnished and there is a waste bin on site for household garbage and mailboxes for each unit.

 

SOUTH MACON VILLAGE

                                     

South Macon Village offers a private and quiet setting with beautiful mountain and pasture views. These units are 2 bedroom, 2 bath, equipped with washer/dryer, central heat & air, and all of your kitchen appliances. Utilities are not included in the rent. We ask that you get electric and water transferred into your name. Rent is $650 monthly and we require a 6-month lease and a security deposit of $650. Approval is required through a rental application. The units are unfurnished. There are mailboxes to correspond with each unit and waste bins on premises for household garbage.

PANTHERVIEW

 

                    

Pantherview offers a great in-town location close to the high school. These condos are 2 bedroom, 2 bath for one level living and 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath for two level living. They come with washer/dryer, central heat & air, and full kitchen appliances. Utilities are not included with the rent. We ask that you transfer the services into your name. Rent is $650 monthly with a $650 security deposit required. Approval is required through a rental application and based on a 6-month lease. There are mailboxes for each unit and a waste bin on site for household garbage.

 

HERITAGE HOLLOW

 

      

Heritage Hollow offers ideal privacy and direct in-town location. These cottages are one bedroom, one bathroom efficiencies, meaning that utilities, such as electric and water, are included in with the monthly rent. These units are completely furnished from the furniture and dishes to the towels and sheets. Rent varies from $500 to $600 monthly and security deposit is required of $500 to $600. Approval is also granted based on the completion of a rental application. These units are on a month-to-month lease. There is no waste bin on site and the tenant is responsible for taking off their own trash. There are also no corresponding mailboxes with the units, however, the convenience of the location is very close to the post office and landfill.
